Finally got my vehicle in for a recall after 6 months of waiting for appointments. picked my vehicle up. no information given to me as to inspection or actually what they did. just what was on a piece of paper. I was told by service advisor he would let me know personally, never did. when I picked up the vehicle he wasn't there, so another advisor told me he would follow-up with me because I still had questions. plus I wanted to schedule my wife's car for recall. They were able to get me in for an appointment an hour before I was scheduled. They have always treated us great.
