Arrived at my scheduled time, uncertain if their online system actually had me scheduled because my name wasn’t listed (I had received a confirmation). Oil change took a fairly long time - about 2 hours - because they didn’t have the Mazda oil filter-which makes me think the system didn’t schedule me properly for them to know in advance. In out in a timely manner; kept well informed about service/maintenance issues; courteous staff that make you feel you are their #1 priority; especially like the video they sent showing exactly what was done to my vehicle while in their shop.
