Normally I would give a 5 star, however my last experience wasn't so good, so at this time I would say 3.5 star. I had set up a ride with the service attendant to come pick up at work 11:30am after the car was ready. it was 11:45 and no one hasn't showed up, so a called them and I found out that he just went to his lunch break e totally forgot to send someone to pick me up. another person, took care of this problem and 10 minutes later the car was here. I spent 4 hours at this dealership I made it very clear as soon as I sat down what price point I wanted to pay they agreed ran my credit then printed out a completely different price. They are unprofessional and I feel taken advantage of as a woman. It is completely unethical at all to agree To a price, run someone’s credit then jack the price up afterwards. Sincerely, A taken advantage of woman!
