Super easy used vehicle purchase from MORITZ Chevy. My salesman Frank made everything easy for the entire purchase. Finance guy Ricky was super fast too (cash sale). I'm in Houston and all communication was via email and text except for 1 quick phone call. Thank you Frank!!!

Yes . My first complaint is I could not schedule an appt on line ; second complaint is when I pulled into the drive for my 1pm appt i waited 10 minutes before anyone ever came out to speak to me ; finally when someone came out ( it was 12:20pm) I advised I had a 1pm appt for the oil change . I left my key in my car and I went inside to wait on my vehicle . Around 2:20ish hadn't heard from anyone so i went out to see if my vehicle out there and there it was sitting .
