Mikayla was great! She helped us quickly sell our car. They gave us a fair offer for the vehicle sale, that we quickly agreed to. Great experience!!
The reason people return to the same automobile dealership is because of the service received from the Service Department at the Kia Moritz Dealership. The reason I have chosen to return to Moritz Kia Dealership is because of the outstanding attentive, service, and care that is always demonstrated by my service advisor, Cristian Arbaiza. He is very prompt in answering my voice messages and never seems to tire of my questions. He makes sure to explain everything to my satisfaction so that I understand what service (s) I need ... read more
I had a great experience with the service team, especially John. My vehicle had been randomly shutting off, and they were able to identify the issue, address two recalls, and replace the battery. When my check engine light came on afterward, John listened to my concern, had the vehicle checked, and quickly resolved the issue. He was professional, communicative, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. The customer service was truly top tier, and I really appreciate how well I was taken care of!
Excellent experience in service and purchase of a new vehicle. Megan helped me and did a fabulous job. Knowledgeable. Professional. Answered my questions. Highly Recommend.
