I went to this dealership with the intention of purchasing a vehicle we had already discussed ahead of time. Unfortunately, once I arrived, I found out that the numbers were completely different from what I had been told beforehand. It was very disappointing and felt like my time had been wasted. I expected better communication and transparency. Not what I was expecting from sales department.

Very frustrating experience with this FW Kia dealership. I had been communicating with Jessica Long and Brad Daniel since Wednesday about a 2027 Kia Seltos X-Line SX. My time is very limited, so I prefer to handle as much as possible over the phone. I completed the credit application, was approved, and received numbers for the specific vehicle I wanted, the Seltos without the Tech Package. I still return after all of these years. This time I worked with Jack LeMaster since SW is in the finance office. Jack was awesome!! I told him what I was looking for and he went and found it for me. I did get to say hello to Scott while I was there. Scott Walters was very helpful and understanding. I was a repeat customer and will return for my next vehicle! I live closer to another Moritz dealership but I go where they know me.
