I received the black screen of death on my cell phone late Saturday night. I took my phone to US Cellular on Sunday. They tried to charge the phone even though I told them it was fully charged when the screen went black and I charged it through the night to be sure. Once they were sure it wasn't the battery, they told me I would have to call the insurance the next day and wait until Tuesday for a replacement phone. I’ve had two iPhone screens and one iPhone camera repaired here and each time the service was quick, friendly, and fairly priced. They fixed my camera in <15 minutes. Would recommend to anyone!

Fanelli Boys in Morgantown has gone above and beyond to help me since I've had trouble with my phone. They are so knowledgeable and never hesitate to share that knowledge, even if they have nothing to gain from it. The manager, Mr. Maxwell, has become essentially like my own personal phone savant and guide and has just been extra helpful. They should be the only place you go. They'll take care of you like you're one of their own.
