They had to replace my screen 3 times. Turned me away several times in between because they refused to believe my screen was faulty. I recommend Best Buy geek squad instead. Terrible experience.

Went in to have my my battery replaced in my phone. Matt was very professional, knowledgable, and friendly. My phone did have a small comestic crack in the top & he was able to replace the battery without causing the crack to get worse. I would definitely recommend taking your phone or tablet here. Matt & Patrick are great!
