Making the appointment was very easy and pleasant. I had the feeling that patients are respected and appreciated. I admit the sight of the stairs were appalling, but after ringing the bell for help and loading myself into the chair, the trip upstairs (and back down) was not a bit daunting. The dentist and assistant were very pleasant and very tolerant of an old lady's penchant for talking. Dr.Dolin was very kind and explained what needed to be done.
