Absolutely rude service! Do not bother with this place. As you can see from their reviews, they clearly do not know how to operate a business and have no bedside manner. Hanging up on people when they are trying to ask a question?!?! Learn to treat people with respect and dignity.
I wish I can give less than one star they have you sign a paper that clearly states you can have a chaperone with you but they will not let you have a chaperone my lady has severe anxiety and they are refusing to see her because they do not want to let the chaperone in clearly stated on their paperwork and nowhere on their paperwork does it state that the chaperone has to be one of their doctors kind of sketchy do not come here even if we recommended look at their ratings the very worst
This was my first visit to MDRI. I was so impressed with the facility and staff. I must give a praises from Karen, to Melanie, then met with Dr De Falcis, to Jamie, then to checkout for all of their welcoming, professional personalities. Everyone I met with was respectful, kind & nice to me and explained thoroughly what I needed to know concerning their facility and my pain mgmt plan. They took time to answer all questions I had. I fell and fractured my femur,had surgery,I called MDI to cancel my appt,and let them know what happened.Told them the Dr.said I would be there a WK.and then I would go to rehab for a week.So I was released from rehab late in the day,so as soon as I knew I called MDI there was no answer ,no number to call in case of an emergency.It was Friday so i knew they wouldn't be in till Mon.So i took my pain meds home with me.I called them Mon,morning to tell thm i took my pain meds home with me,they call me back and told me , they we... read more
