I've had a VERY horrible experience working with morgan and morgan, specifically with ***** ******* literally since the beginning which should have been a red flag!!! In the middle of my case, he basically told me that he can't help after I have been contacting him for MONTHS. There were plenty of witnesses that I bet they never reached out to during the accident. I was hit by a car whilestanding in the parking lot doing my job. They reviewed and accepted my case. Terrible communication..basically nine. No returned emails or calls. I complained several times and nothing. I was hiton may 3rd 2024. My back is bad for the rest of my life, my left knee probably too. Found this firm online advertising great attorneys. Morgan&Morgan refuse to help on civil rights matters, sexual and otherwise. Despite clearly within limitations (there are none), they refuse to sue pedophiles or negligent teachers in violation of state and federal laws. Got one lawsuit done for ANOTHER person, not me, and this person, *******, says cant sue them. That person went to the school AFTER me yet I cant sue???? This company is terrible. They say that they get 40%; however, is more like 75%. You pay 40% for what? They charge separately for everything else, including a stamp. My case was a simple hit in the rear and it took almost two years to settle. I feel I was getting the run around. I would not recommend this company.

"I had a terrible experience working with Morgan and Morgan. They did a poor job handling my car accident case as a passenger. Communication with them was extremely difficult, and I felt that they were not acting in my best interest. Instead, it seemed like they were more focused on maximizing their own profits. They even held onto a $50,000 check for three months without distributing any of the settlement money to me. On top of that, they scheduled unnecessary appointments and managed to use up the entire settlement amount.... read more

I have had an awful experience from start to almost finish since I still haven't recieved my settlement check, from miscommunication of settlement amount to lack of updates ... I was told by my lawyer to stop making notes of my online portal this was how I was keeping my self updated with what they told me then they switched to texting my cell phone instead of calling my phone and I have txt from both parties...... I tried filing a complaint but the BBB site is down. After telling Morgan & Morgan to stop contacting me they continue to harass me every day. DO NOT FILL OUT THEIR FORMS. THEY WILL HARASS YOU. The *** should look into their marketing tactics. ****.

False advertising. They turn down and deny your small cases though they advertise they do. But not till after they make you sign with them and do all the paperwork *** then later say oh no. Even though your case is winnable.
