So far they have treated myself with respect. They have showed me that they actually care about their clients. Everyone that I have spoken with h as been polite and caring about me. That is all I can ask of them would recommend them to anyone
If I could give negative stars I would! I literally cried my eyes out to them for some sort of direction in regards to being lacking in credits for a disability case and they were not very personable and after about a minute said nope they couldn’t help me period! Jon Morgan himself said nobody is a nobody… what a lie! So disappointed

If I could give morgan and morgan a negative 5 star i would! My fiance Karyn ****** had and accident on June 23 of this year and every time she call they never answer her! Horrible attorneys. Did a phone interview just came out of surgery and had to repeat myself so much I had a headache. The office was very unprofessional and unknowledgeable. When they decided to finally transfer me to an attorney whom thought I was going to repeat ALL the details again for the 15th time I disconnected the call. Be aware of the big attorneys with the flashy websites They are the worst.

Horrible experience, I have been a client staring in January, I have had 5 different case mangers and lawyers they don’t communicate so every time I get someone new my case starts over. My last time was the first time to make a demand and that happened in July, in September when I got a new team they reach out to my doctors office to request copy’s of bills records etc. it’s been almost 2 months and still nothing. This company doesn't respond to return calls or emails. I've called Customer service twice, but still no satisfaction.
