Aweful. Couldnt get in touch sometimes months at a time. Changed lawyers and paralegals wasnt told. Sent to deposition that was canceled. Lawyer didnt show up for mediation. Lawyer caused more anxiety than the wreck. I was rear ended. Somehow was my fault?? Never investigated anything, still no phone records. Lied many many times. I would not recommend this firm to anyone.... I felt in a parking lot and it was not well lit at the time that I felled and I was contacted a week or more later informing me that it was well lit and they are no longer handling my case. I know for a fact that the parking lot was not lit at the time because the metal plate that I tripped and felt over is no longer there.... Do better for your clients!
Mr. ******* of Morgan & Morgan Tampa location was chosen to represent this case 2 years ago. Early on I would reach out for updates every two or months or so. It seems like the only time work was done was after I called for an update. I requested proof of the work that has been done up to this point and Mr. ******* told me he did not have to prove anything to me in a tone of arrogancy and then told me to find a new lawyer after he'd been on the case almost two years. Morgan & Morgan law firm took my case about my auto accident, but NEVER told me that i can't sue the sheriffs department, or the County, or the State. They just went after my insurance company witch i could have done on my own, so by them not telling me, i now have to pay them 33.13 percent fee. i would NEVER recommend them to anyone Ben M.
Morgan & Morgan is a refutable Law office. The Lawyer assigned to me was very polite and helpful. He made sure I understand all the subject in my case.
Morgan and Morgan took my auto accident case with zest. They've been very patient with me while in the hospital, while under going surgeries and understand my circumstances.
If I could give a zero rating I would! We called the day of our accident to get help and it took a month before hearing from anyone. Mr. **** the lawyer, and Ms. *********** the case manager are very unprofessional and rude when we tried calling with questions, concerns or updates about our case. They never return phone calls or emails and when one of them do it's "well I spoke to your wife" then hangs up. Never once listening to us as people. These people never answer a voicemail never answer a email nothing! My father is deceased and hired them for a case he had before he died. It’s sad they want 40% of any settlement but can’t even give you a update on what’s going on! What’s so hard about responding to a email! Trust me I dnt like to tlk otp either but a email is so easy and convenient! I hate he hired these people they do not care about their clients!
