They took my case in 2020. I spoke with a paralegal. Maybe about 4 times and then after that nobody contacted me for years.Dial 8 months ago.I Gave them a bad review and somebody all of a sudden, contact me.They told me they could help me. And today I get a call from a lawyer from Morgan morgan saying they cannot. And they're dismissing my case saying it's the ******** fault. I got told one thing but treated the opposite when I got charged. I have been continually lied to by the team working on my case When you call to complaint line you are not heard. I have not received. I have not recieved my money yet going on 4 months. They are NOT FOR THE PEOPLE. I'm the one that got hurt but everyone gets paid before me

Morgan and Morgan was only dedicated to getting money not to the fact that I had been seriously injured. It took 2 years to get my settlement and during that 2 years I saw a doctor a handful of times. Steven Fair was my attorney and he refused to even talk to me. Now I am receiving phone calls about people who I did see not getting paid and people I don't even know who are offices I've never been to getting claimed as a debt. Do not trust them. They do not care about you. They only care about getting money....
Do not use this Law Firm. My wife was in a car accident in 2021 and the case just got settled for $25,000. All total what we ended up with is about $8000. Morgan and Morgan will take over 60% of your settlement. NO lawyer is worth this, especially in a simple case. This is not even enough to cover damages or pain and suffering. I still have to review all the documents. This is NOT FOR THE PEOPLE as this company claims.
They were great for handling my brother's case for me. They did all the work, and I didn't have to do a thing. Erica was so friendly and helpful during the whole process.
No never use this law firm. They lie to you move you around from person to person. Kept my case 2 years then dropped me in the middle of federal court against a large chain store. I was told that they took a pay off not to continue my case. They knew that wouldn’t no other lawyer pick up my case after 2 years. I have seen all the advertisements and promises made by John Morgan. I contacted Morgan and Morgan in October over a Premises Injury Liability case as it occurred in Louisiana and I live in Florida. they referred me to one of their "partner" attorneys who called after a few days and said that they declined to take the case and would contact Morgan and Morgan and I would be referred to another lawyer. That was the last I heard from any of them, I sought another attorney to get a real response.

Marlon was my attorney at Morgan and morgan he owes me Brandy Harris and my family a few checks he has already stolen a large amount of my money I've had numerous surgeries yet Marlon got more money then I did I've tried to address this with the partners only for them firm to give me the run around I don't recommend this place to no one!!!!!
