Just had my car wash there yesterday and now has dents and scratches and scuffs don’t waste your time there also do a horrible job

I was all excited and took my new car here… It was the worst car wash I’ve ever gotten… My car was literally days old… They did a horrible job dusting the inside… water spots all over the back... I decided to go in and tell the lady at the counter… All she had to offer me was sorry that i wasn’t satisfied. No refund, no additional car wash… Then I even told her that I was disappointed in her service… She didn’t care. I would never go here again.
I came to this place looking for a nice hand wash car place to detail my brand new 2018 Dodge Challenger T/A. I am beyond pissed and frustrated at this place! I paid for the most expensive detailing wash, and they scratched my car in multiple places. I pointed out the issues to the manager, which the manger also gave me a hand written note saying I would be fully reimbursed bye the owner as soon as he got in also that they would pay to have my car re painted. Took my truck to the car wash I did a halfway decent job didn’t bother to clean the chrome exhaust tip didn’t Armer all the black trim anywhere on the truck. They used to anyway when the truck came out of the wash back over the drainage and let the water run out of the best of it at least not anymore when you drive away the water pours out the back and leave spots all over the back of the truck again. Is there a ZERO STARS button? This is the worst car wash ever! I’ve given them chances to redeem themselves but nah, go somewhere else people! You’ll just get a dirty car after they’re done cleaning it!
I went there about a year ago, my windshield got a tiny nip.(crack) Did mentioned to manager, but he refused to accept any responsibility. Returned, SHOULD HAVE NOT but it is the closest (only) carwash in town. Well, I have ANOTHER tiny nip (crack) This time I'm kicking myself for going back.
Went here today and came home to see water spots all over the car and it is not very clean at all. I hate going to the place. Last time ever I swear.
Went to this car wash today and it was a horrible experience. If I could give negative stars I would. They left my car running for over 20 minutes and skipped several people in front of me. Then I witnessed an employee moving a big red 4 door truck and he hit a small grey Audi car and then he just backed up and looked around to see if any one saw him hit it.
