Not pushy – I didn't feel pushed upon for additional repairs, yet they prioritized what I might want to take care of in the future. I will definitely be back.

Excellent Customer Service! – I was visiting Portland when my water pump went out on my car. Not knowing anyone in town, I called the first shop that had good reviews and looked to be open on Saturday. I called Morgan Automotive and they were able to get me right in. Not only did they fix my car that day and for a reasonable amount, they were kind enough to lend us their van so that I could still take my family to the zoo. Grateful – Doctors, Lawyers, and Accountants have nothing as good as the trust and care that we receive from Tom and his crew each and every time.
High Price/Bad Service – If you are not an experienced mechanic - don't go to Morgan Automative because you will need that kind of backgroud to avoid being ripped off. If you are a mechanic, make sure you have them call to authorize each step and ask for the old parts - this will make it slighytly more difficult for them to rip you off as much. Mind you, you'll still get ripped off just maybe not quite as much.
Outrageous estimate – Took my car in to Morgan Auto because of the check engine light. Walked out with a shocking $3500 quote. (from Jim) The quote stated I needed a complete new exhaust system, all new oxygen sensors, and lots of other work. My car is a 2001 Nissan Sentra in good running condition and has had no other major problems. I left really confused and sought out an estimate elsewhere. Great service and knowledgeable – Thomas and Jim have both helped me with my 2 vehicles over the years. The windshield wipers went out on my Saturn a couple of winters ago. They replaced them and were working for about 2 months before they died again. Morgan replaced both motors and my windshield after it got a crack during the installation. Trustworthy Honest Repairs...Will Return!!! – I have never felt more comfortable with a mechanic before. They never beat around the bush and will work with you on repairs and help you get back on the road. A++++++
They'll work you over to maximize their profits – They charge you to find work for them to do so they can charge you more. Have to check with them constantly to keep them on track and avoid more and more charges. They'll charge you $100 for plug change (not including parts) which is 10 minutes work for them. They are not after repeat business so they'll STICK IT TO YOU AS HARD AS THEY CAN FIRST VISIT! Go ANYWHERE else.

I think they're referring to our $66.00 vehicle inspection that includes oil & filter, it satisfies many of the requirements on your maintenance schedule so most people do them every 30k but we'll sometimes start new customers here if they don't have current service records.
