I absolutely loathe coming here to get my car serviced for an oil change. Even when I make an appointment, it consistently takes anywhere between 1.5-2 hours to get my oil changed. EVERY TIME, WITH AN APPOINTMENT. The last appointment I had was with Rob, who never showed up to the desk. After I stood there waiting, somebody eventually decided that they should come over and help me. The staff is always pleasant and wonderful to work with
Terrible service, been here for 3.5 hours and the truck hasn't moved. Ridiculous. Had to come here to get a tire changed and to receive the wheel lock key as they didn't give us one when we got the truck so changing a tire is impossible without it.
