My personal experience with Moran has been outstanding. Prompt service and friendly associates. I have no complaints.
Matt Orsi great. But the paper, paperwork & signing is out of control in this day & age it should not take 6 hours to buy a car!! We called ahead & he knew what we wanted. Seems some of this signing & approvals could be done with COMPUTER & INTERNET before hand. Matt was very good @ his knowledge of vehicles.
Great service from Rob Miller and when I came in for my first oil change I could not have asked for a better experience.

I have always felt like I got a great deal on the cars that I purchased at Moran Chevrolet in Clinton Twp. I really like the 2017 Kinetic Blue Chevy Cruze LT, that I now lease. I took my car in for service last Monday to have a "check engine" light addressed. When I picked it up the "Open Hood" alert was on on the dashboard. I pointed it out immediately but it was nearly closing time and I was told to bring it back bc there was no one there at the time who could fix it. I took it in this morning and was told that "the service tech says it was on when you brought it in on Monday. He just figured you knew. It will cost $267 to repair!!!
