I took the car in for an oil change and they put on the invoice that the glove box doesn't open. The glovebox does open but is now broken. The plastic separates now. Why would the mechanic touch the glovebox when doing an oil change? Criminals.
Just picked up my new Chevrolet Equinox and it was a quick and painless process. I gave the sales person, Sean Pavlik, what I was looking for in terms of rate, features, etc., and he provided solid recommendations and explanations. Once I decided what I wanted, we exchanged some information over the phone, and he had just about everything ready for me at the time of pickup.
