What a nightmare. – When we moved to Georgia we could not find the right home to purchase and decided to rent through Mopper-Stapen. From day one every step has been full of issues. When we moved in we had to sign a contract agreeing to pay a $50 fine if we miss an appointment. Mopper-Stapen has so far been almost an hour late for appointments and for others they never showed up. Every contact with them has been degrading. I can not recommend Mopper Stapen to anyone.

Beware – If you care about your investment, look for a better property management than Mopper-Stapen. Trust me. I would need a blog to list all of the issues.

Worst of the Worst!!! – Nothing more than a check cashing facility, I had to remind them the lease was up and needed to be renewed, they did not address my tenants complaints. They just sit back and collect there money, for the first three months I had to call and ask for my "share" one payment, made on time by the tenant was 2 1/2 weeks late being paid to me, the rest were when ever they could get by the bank. 40 dollar key charge – I called their office about a listing on craigs list, and they wanted to charge me 40 dollars just to look at the property! Needless to say, they lost my business before they had the chance to get it. Another realtor showed me 8 beautiful inexpensvie properties on my lunch hour with time to spare. If you're thinking about Mopper Stapen, they are unprofessional to charge money to do a walk through, and clearly are money-grubbing phonies.
