Shady. Ordered ~$250 worth of parts from these guys, including a door wiring harness that had a short in it DIRECTLY out of the plastic wrap. They refused to take it back. First it was "Oh, we don't provide returns or exchanges on electrical parts." After we talked through how absurd that stance was on a BRAND NEW $50 item, their next excuse was "Oh well you didn't enter your VIN on the order form, so we won't take it." That's an easy fix.
