My family and I went in for lunch today (new years day). We ordered sliders, buff chx wrap, and kids grilled cheese. After waiting 45 minutes + for the food to arrive, we received ice cold food all around. I expressed to the server that it was unsatisfactory and she promptly got the manager on duty. The "Assistant" GM approached the table and immediately crumpled up our check and stated that we didn't need to worry about that. Poor and slow service. I was with a group for a birthday party, had to go to the bar multiple times to get a drink because the waitress was never around except for when she took my half full drink from the table behind me while I was taking a group picture and had to run her down. When I asked if she had taken it from my table she replied "it had no ice in it." Maybe I ordered a drink without ice? Also had 3 people request 1 song for my gf on her birthday and the DJ refused to play it because it was a "slow song" didn't know... read more
