They are very hard to get ahold of. I have been trying to get them to email me my prescription since March. I had to drive there to ask them to please email it to me because I was completely out of contacts and couldn't get ahold of them to order any. They gave me some samples and sent me on my way, assuring me they'd email it to me. I did not receive the email. I lost my glasses while on vacation in LA and Moore Optomotry got me in the next day for an eye exam! Hamlet and his staff were so nice & professional! They made me glasses and got me fitted with contacts in an hour! They even reduced the price of the frames so my insurance covered everything and I was able to see on the rest of my vacation! I would highly recommend them!
This place is extremely slow and doesn't call me when my contacts are in. Extremely frustrating and definitely switching.
