We have used Moore Heat & Air since moving to Cabot. Our A/C stopped blowing cold air last night so we called them this morning. Within a few hours they were here and the bad capacitor replaced. A/C in Arkansas is no joke and Moore Heat & Air has earned our trust.
When our air stopped working over the Memorial Day weekend, we feared it would be days before we could get anyone to look at our unit. We called Moore Heat and Air and within minutes a representative returned my call to make arrangements for repairs. The technicians were knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. From now on, Moore Heat and Air will be our first call.
Just had a Carrier heat and air unit installed at my house. The two men did a great job in a tough situation. The furnace was in a tight spot in the attic. A lot of folks would have done a rush job to get out of there quick. But Moore's guys took their time. They sealed up an air return duct which surprised my wife who texted me that one of those guys was in our wall! The installers just went above and beyond. I would recommend Moore's to anybody who is looking for great service at a good price.
I called at 8:10 & I had a repair man here by 8:30!! He found the problem & had my air conditioning back on. Thank goodness for a caring, reputable company.
Called for help, came out within an hour or two. He helped me fully diagnose the problem. Got everything fixed and working great, feels good to have heat again lol... Thank you to the Technician that came out. I really enjoyed the visit, learned something while helping him. I would recommend them to my customers that need any kind of Heat/Air work...
Thank you so much everyone at Moore Heat & Air. Our air went out on one those 100° days and they provide us with window unit until they could replace our old one.
