Kevin spent well over an hour just making sure that the system was set up for maximum efficiency and explaining how it worked. We made a great choice having them replace our aging HVAC system, and we noticed immediate improvements. Highly recommended.

My aunt with dementia had problems with her unit. The technician that came out repaired the unit and explained the issues to my son-in-law with my aunt listening. They answered every one of her questions, every time she asked the same question, and were extremely patient with her. I can’t tell you how much that means to me. They treated her with respect and dignity.

This company is dirty. For 3 years they charged us for parts and freon that they didn't even fill among so many other things they did dirty. We finally switched companies this season and the new company told us we have ZERO leaks but our freon was empty! Also, Moore replaced our fan twice in 2 years. we were told those fans last 5 years and that all parts on our unit is in perfect condition. Do not get swindled by Moore Heating and Air! Terrible Company!!!!!!
My dogs chewed through some thermostat wires and Jesse and John came out to fix everything. They were efficient and did a great job and were respectful. Would definitely recommend Moore Heat and Air!!
Outside unit started making noise on a Saturday. Called Moore Heat & Air and they had Jacob out in less than 2 hours. He diagnosed problem, walked me through options and I had them replace both heat and air. Units were 13-21 years old. Jesse and Brandon were fast, efficient and neat with all their work. Ensured all aspects of the install were detailed out. Definitely the A-team.
