Had Moore Heat and Air out this week due to a musty odor from our vents. Found out you should clean your units each yr to keep them clean, who would have known! So needless to say they cleaned it pretty quick! Hopefully now the odor will be gone and I may see a nicer electric bill!! Thank you for your honest service call! Will recommend to family and friends!

The customer service lady was great and our tech showed up super quick and on a Saturday night. His name was Alan Holland and he was very polite and professional! I would 100% recommend this company to all my family and friends. Alan was very knowledgeable and definitely knew his stuff!!
Company tried to charge me $375.95 for a control board for the blower motor. I found it on repairclinic .com for $155 dollars. Over-charge customers and I will never use them again. I asked for an honest company instead they proved they are dishonest. If I can buy the board online for $155 then you know they buy it cheaper than that and charge the customer an enormous fee. Robbers!
From beginning to end Top notch service! We had to replace a 15 year old system and Moore took very good care of us. They even loaned us a window AC for our bedroom so we could "survive" the heat! How thoughtful is that!! 👍 The men who did the tear out and install kept us informed of their progress thru out the day. They were exceptional! From admin to service I will always recommend Moore Heat and Air!!
