I go every two weeks to get my eyebrows threaded. She does a great job and I always leave feeling better about myself.
I love this place. Moon and her assistants are very sweet, professional and polite. Its very clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. My home where I get my Brazilian waxs done.
I am very satisfied with the services I rendered at the Spa, first time getting Microblading and the experience was quite pleasant better than what I had anticipated.
This the third time I've been here and got my face totally messed up. I asked the young lady working with me to take the natural point out and make it rounded. Yeah she arched them so high I look surprised all the damn time and the lines not straight one brow higher then the other one this is awful. I purchased a groupon for a full set and fill in of eyelashes. When I arrived for appointment I was told to cancel the Groupon and just pay. Then she tries to tell me it was for the Brookwood location. I showed her Trussville was on the top of the list. I was still charged $35. She did a great job on my lashes, however, when going back for fill in just two weeks later I was charged $45 even though a fill is usually $35 AND I was supposed to get a fill in as part of my Groupon.
