This was one of the worst services I ever had. Told lady what I want and didn't listen. When I told her she did it wrong, she blames me for not telling her. I do not recommend this place. Unless you want to mess up eyebrows

Absolutely loved my eyebrows done at the Moon’s Day Spa in Brookwood !
I have had my eyebrows threaded here a number of times without a problem. This week, however, I have some sort of infection (probably staph) in both brows from unsanitary conditions and practices there when they threaded my brows. I noticed a big difference in practice this week than from previous visits. I am treating the infection aggressively but will have to find a safer place in the future to get my brows threaded. I can no longer recommend Moon's, which is a shame.
Brookwood Moon’s Spa Day was so great for my first experience. I enjoyed the customer service....thank you Mum and Cristina.
I always go to the location in Fairfield but today it was someone new in there and let her do my eyebrows and I have one eyebrow bigger than the other and a arch in one and not the other in the last couple of months their service has been poor and they took the price up without telling you after telling the lady I didn't like them she still made me pay and had the nerve to say I can just tint them and they will be OK SMH never again.
