To be honest, I had no problems with the hotel during my stay. Room was clean, and the staff was accommodating. However, I was then charged fees that were unnecessary and had no merit. I was charged 7 times over almost two months. Upon contacting them I was met with very disrespectful and condescending staff members and false claims of having calls returned. I'm in St. Louis often and I will find other places to stay. I recommend others do as well.

Cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. Really comfortable mattresses. Staff was really friendly. Loved the indoor and outdoor rooftop bars. Will definitely be going back !
The Moonrise is my favorite hotel on the planet. So kitschy and fun! The rooms are awesome, the beds are insanely comfortable, the rooftop bar is great, the staff was so friendly and helpful, and the food is yum!! Awesome restaurants, shops, galleries, bars, and fun within walking distance. I'll never stay anywhere else when I visit STL. Can't wait to go back in 12 days!
I wish I could give you guys more than five stars! My boyfriend and I stayed here for my 21st birthday on Saturday night and it was amazing! Our room was incredibly clean and I'm extremely picky because I'm a housekeeper at another hotel. The best part of our stay, by far, was the bartender Matt! He was so friendly and helpful and definitely a huge asset to your team over there. Thank you guys so much for making my birthday so special and we will definitely be back.

We ended up here as flood refugees in 2015. Love this place! Great staff, fun decor, what was a frustrating search for a route home became a charming and cozy evening.
