It's an Artsy place. Perfect for the younger crowd. They have a Nice top floor lounge. Parking is almost doesn't exist. Espicaly if there is a concert next door. Roo was decent enough. Staff was friendly enough
Too much noise. Friday night, Can't sleep. Loud, booming music coming from upstairs, I guess.
Just checked in- but so far this place is amazing. We brought our dog and he has received first class treatment! ��
Great place to stay after a show at The Pageant (or Delmar Hall now). Especially love the rooftop bar.
I attended my Nephew's wedding on Oct.22nd. Dinner was suppose to be at 7:30. We didn't get dinner until almost 9:00. The servers were slow, the food was not very good and was luke warm. Ridiculously over priced also! Couldn't enjoy dancing with the bride and groom as we ran out of time. I would never recommend this place for a wedding reception. Moonrise should offer some kind of refund to the newlyweds.
We planned a long weekend getaway with 4 couples, making Moonrise our base for several activities. It's a friendly, fun hotel with high quality bedding, rooms, internet and room service. The lobby is big enough for our group to gather before going out with great parking options. The location is within walking distance or a short drive to lots of unique restaurants, museums, music venues, etc. This is really a great find.
