We have had a really bad weekend but the staff here made it bearable. Seriously the friendliest and most accommodating hotel staff I've ever experienced. Also the hotel itself is awesome.

I am sitting in the lobby after night three and already looking forward to the next time we will be coming here! The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are great, close to Franklin Park, The Muny, fun shops/restaurants close by!! See you next time Moonrise!!
Wow, just..... Wow. Probably the best hotel experience of my life. Anyone who owns or works for Hospitality Group should come visit and send the key members of their staff to visit this hotel to see how it is done. I do not know how they could have made this stay any more pleasant or comfortable. The room was excellent, the room service was amazing and the overall Hotel could not have been any cleaner. My husband and I stayed here on our wedding night, but didn't book any special packages. We arrived in our wedding gear and they immediately upgraded us to a jacuzzi suite. Every person I've encountered, from bartenders, custodians, desk staff, etc has been warm and welcoming and incredible. Tbh breakfast was amazing, the bed was comfortable, the bathrooms are incredible with the jacuzzi tub & rain showers! They have clocks with ocean/rainforest/ etc sounds, they really make your stay perfect!! And they have a great staff, I highly recommend them and I know we'll be back very soon!
