Fast, friendly service in your time of need. Accommodated me last minute with root intrusion in my main line. (Sewer in the tub and shower YUCK) A nice added touch is the email they send you with a picture of your technician and a brief work background Drug testing and background checks yearly done on employees, if that is a concern for you, worry no more.
Had a question about my water softener and Travis helped me out via phone and text. Travis even went further and had one of his employees contact me and make sure everything was correct. Outstanding customer service. Highly recommend.
5 stars!! Kenny from Moon Valley came out to check some issues that came up on a home inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and we were very happy with his service. We will definitely use Moon Valley Plumbing again as well as recommend them to others!
