Choppy service on WiFi and LTE, can’t find a way to hear away audio either
When I signed up for this I was assurred cancellation would be easy! HA! I have been trying to cancel for more than an hour. I can't get into my account, EVEN THO I"M LOGGED IN!!! I read the FAQ's, and see I need to get into my account/settings to unsubscribe. I CAN'T GET INTO MY ACCOUNT!!! NEVER AGAIN MSE!!
Missing all away Mystics games because blocked out on everything except Monumental which doesn't work.
Doesn't work at all in the browser. Crashes every few clicks on the Roku. Haven't tried phone or tablet yet, but I also had issues subscribing (signed up early in the Mystics season, but it never took and had to sign up again). Waiting for support right now.
If you're going to be the only outlet for Mystics' games, you need to make the live broadcast flawless. Today's broadcast was a mess. Missed almost all of 1st quarter and then the feed kept freezing.
Wasted 13 dollars on this app as it wouldn't play the live game that I wanted to watch and was the only reason I subscribed in the first place. Terrible customer support, the woman I spoke to at the number they provide on this page basically told me she didn't know what to tell me.
