Using ROKU I tried to log on so that I could watch Hershey Bears Hockey. The product didn’t work. Phone calls/emails were never answered. Is this a good product?? Who knows because it seems to not work. And there doesn’t appear to be any support at all.

Your app for Caps ticket downloads is a complete waste of time. “Mobile Ready” must mean your tickets will download to your phone as it’s flying through a wall out of frustration from trying to get this shitty app to work. Ahhhh technology...
