Signed up for a free trial and immediately cancelled to avoid from being charged. A few months later, I get charged. I email them to voice my frustration and they told me they saw I had cancelled my subscription and refunded my money. A month later, I’m charged again. I’ve emailed with no response yet. No end in sight of these subscription charges although they’ve confirmed I’ve cancelled my membership.
