Our experience with Monument has been a complete disaster. Do not do business with this company. The agent, Kensey Chase, told us via email that she planned to have her buyers not pay the earnest money stipulated in the contract. The contract she drafted contained 0 days for option, therefore, the contract went "hard" as soon as all the parties signed and escrow was to be paid by the cutoff date contained in the contract.
