I would give no stars, but not an option. We have been w/out water for 24 hrs here in Hidden Creek apartments, Jeffersonville, IN. Management on sight NEVER answer, Monument, NEVER answer! This is BS! But they want a $1000 for rent? This place is a joke and Management is a joke. I will be calling the local news about this, since I can't get an answer!
This company is TRASH DO NOT RENT FROM ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES. I rent from a property of theirs in MN, nothing but problems since I signed my lease, it's all about your rent money they will not fix anything, and the leasing agents is clueless. Stay away.

I have dealt with Wendy Spaulding and she is awful. She is terrible with customer service and snarky. Terrible at managing people and a community.
