I have dealt with Wendy Spaulding and she is awful. She is terrible with customer service and snarky. Terrible at managing people and a community.

Whenever they try to solve something in my property that I rent from this company they never get a good deal. They never solve any type of problem quickly. And if the maintenance staff is missing, no one fixes anything, nor does they pick up the trash. so!!! I see why those struts are so bad in reviewed.
