Bought an F250 from them several years ago with the "Platinum Service Package". BIG mistake. Every time I took it in for service to meet the requirements for the service package I ended up arguing with the unfriendly service person. One time I even got into a yelling match with the little bastard until the "Service Manager" came out and had to finally say I was right. I traded the truck in at a Chrysler dealership and had to go back to Montrose to fill out the paperwork to get the remainder of my "Platinum Package" back... read more
