RecommendedLove the trails, very cozy, easy to get to, in the middle of everything! I never thought I would live in a place like this, as I am a country person myself, but I personally love it! It’s great for me, my boyfriend, and my dog.

False advertising. Yard care is horrible. Rent is ridiculous. You hear everything that your neighbors are saying and doing. Never any parking.
Nice place to live with the exception of the noisy floors, ceilings, tubs and showers. We can't even get up at night to use the restroom without having the neighbors complain about the noise. We are not partying all night, just normal living. It's very stressful.

Read prior complaints, they are 100% accurate. I read the bad reviews and then when I toured the property I didn’t notice any major issues, and my leasing agent Miranda said she had even lived here before and liked it, so I signed the lease; what a mistake. The walls are DEFINITELY paper thin like all the poor reviews said, and I personally think it’s more like living with a window screen between every apt. Any issue we've had with our apartment has been fixed immediately. The grounds are lovely and they often upgrade common areas. Good sized apt for the money.
The location is awesome and my neighbors are friendly and considerate. The only downside is that I can hear my neighbors upstairs walking around pretty clearly. But I love everything else about this complex!
