I would NOT EVER recommend Monterra Apartment Homes to anyone, not even on my worst enemy. Parents do not do a good job raising their children these days, they are very disrespectful and do not listen. they like to hang around the stairs and be loud which is very disruptive to other tenants that live in the complexes. The worst part is when you report it to the office, manager and staff do nothing about it.............. Now tell me, theres something obviously wrong with that picture. When we moved into Monterra Apartments It was ok , there were a few ghetto people around then the Sheriff came around and arrested a few of the trouble makers then it was nice for a few months.. I think they are out of Jail because They are out walking around at late hours and peoples cars keep getting windows broke out for petty stuff. My work van got busted into for a cheap clip board.. Management has no integrity. Ripped off when I moved out. Disappointing maintenance service. When water heater leaked and caused mold in the walls and fungi in the carpet. They replaced water heater with another leaking heater. To make matters worse they didn't clean the mold or fungi. The walls just got painted over, even though they had expanded from the moisture and mold. The carpet was left how it was. Terrible apartments
