This has been the worst apartment experience..EVER. And from reading all of the reviews, we never learn and only move in because of the cheap prices at the time. So please do yourself the favor and turn away and don’t look back. To begin, the staff seemed ok only at the beginning of your move-in. They never seem to pick up their phones when I call and they definitely NEVER reply to emails, which I had sent over 3 emails in the matter of months. We are heavily enforcing our permit parking policy to ensure that cars are not parking illegally throughout the property. We have talked to your neighbors about the noise complaints, however, with the eviction moratorium in place, there is only so much we can do. Listen I WOULD NEVER recommend a place so misleading! They do not return phone calls, they have TERRIBLE parking, the office staff are not properly trained, they also are not on one accord so if you are told something get the name of the individual along with the date you spoke with them. My roommates and I made several noise complaints that were over looked. They told us we couldn’t have a grill but two of our neighbors had deep fryers that were in operation everyday. They will do everything to NOT give the security deposit... read more
Where do I begin? It's so ghetto here. Zero stars... would not recommend. The office staff seemed nice at move in and then it went downhill from there. Don't waste your time calling, they won't answer or call back. If you have a car - good luck parking. They love to offer covered parking on top of rent that is already expensive. If you have roommates with cars, only one can park under the covered -\-\- I guess you can choose someone to pay the extra $50. Hi Britiney. We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the negative experience you have had. Unfortunately, parking is a lot tighter now with everyone being home during the week due to COVID. Per your lease, you are required to leave your home in the same condition it was when you moved in. Your lease gives you two options for carpet cleaning, either let us take care of it with our vendors and charge you back or for you to hire a professional service and then give us a copy of the bill. If I could choose no stars I would. This is the worst place to ever live, management is terrible. Please if you could live any where else GOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! Serious we had a horrible experience. Parking is inconvenient, our valid complaints of neighborhoods were overlooked, and the wait to get anything fix took over 2 weeks. NO ONE EVER ANSWER THE PHONE ESPECIALLY AFTER 3 PM AND THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CALL. And the kicker... if your rental insurance lapses they will not tell you but instead charge you a $50 fee. they ever open the pool and there is a party every night with loud yelling till about 4am. there is a family that is extremely loud for no reason.. no parking if u live there u will have no parking. garbage thrown all over my yard everyday. this is not a complaint this is stating what is facts
all you have to do is read everyone elses reviews. that place was awful.
At this apartment complex, they like to bend rules for some people and not others. They like to fine people for breaking rules one time and let others slid for months on end. We currently have an issue which involves our special needs son, and they discriminate against us.
