Worst apartment complex in Tacoma. Office staff is incompetent. Maintenance does not return phone calls. If you drive anything larger than a smart car you will have horrible parking experiences. And trash is constantly piled up at the dumpster. Not to mention the pool is rarely open.

The people who work in the office are horrible. We asked were out deposit was and they said we would not be getting it back and they would have to charge us a additional 650 for cleaning. We ask if we could make payments and were told no we would have to pay the full amount or nothing at all

They suck period....the staff sucks too. All they are is money hunrgy.

Everything seems to be about looking pretty, drawing you in then leaving you out to dry once you're locked in. In the first few months I was living here they seal coated the parking lot. Well crap, why not fix the hazardous side walks instead?? Bumps, divots, cracks. They're painted with X's where it needs to be fixed already... i have only lived here for about a month, but i have not had any problems, every time something is wrong they fix it, yes parking isnt the best, but i personally park in a spot that isnt bad at all. the staff here is very nice and helpful, they would spend everyday making calls in order for me to move in (at my request) they also like to do community events for the apartment complex.
