Monterey Station Great apartment! New build with stainless steel appliances. Love that w/d are in unit. Heated pool, clubhouse and fitness area are a plus. However the neighborhood is a bit sketchy....

Beautiful, but loud All of the units in this complex are beautiful. Brand new, and nicely appointed. The pool and gym are both kept clean and easy to access. The office staff is friendly and attentive. However... There is one issue. Characters. This sports bar across the train tracks plays its music so loudly you can hear every word inside your apartment, with the windows closed, it is an experience to say the least. Don't lift that turn you off to the complex though. It is gorgeous, new, and only slightly noisy.
