Very poor service From all staff members. Nurse forget to follow up with her patient ex: your pain medication, your blood sugar,and so on. CENA don't change your bed unless you literally chase them down... I was admitted here on 9/29/17 and only have 3 showers 🚿, each shift blame the other. Housekeeping... my room and rest-room only been swept and clean 3 times. The food has a terrible menu set-up your food runs together on your plate. Bug 🐜 comes in on your food tray!!! When my mother who was on medicaid was in this facility and then passed away they then billed our family for the bill for her stay. This facility’s very unprofessional when dealing with Family members that have deceased!!
I really like Monterey, both my grandma's were in there years ago and had the best care and now im apart of the team. I enjoy my job and love cooking for the residents....im so glad they gave me a chance at the job because i really love it
the worst place . my dad passed away there last year while he was in hospice. the nursing staff is useless. they would rather stand around and laugh and talk before helping a patient. now my mom is there, we had no choice as her hospital sent her there for rehab. they said it was our only option. i was hoping it would be better, but its the same old crappy place. even the other patients their have complained to me about there treatment. they need to get some employees who auctually care about people instead of just caring ab... read more
