you could never improve this dump. worst staff, you dont care for the wellbeing of anyone there. your staff literally just sits around.
RecommendedWould just like to say my husbands stay at Monterey in Grove City Ohio was wonderful. He had the most caring and nice staff who took very good care of him. They stopped to answer all your questions. Thanks to all the staff who took care of him, the nurses, aides, housekeeping, kitchen staff and anyone else who made his stay a nice and comfortable one. RecommendedExtremely clean and well run. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Food is plentiful and very good with numerous choices if you do not want the “Special” for that particular meal. Great facility!
They do not care for their patients as they should, our needs were not met as they should have been, poor management. No one should feel uncomfortable about their loved one in a facility. You need a whole new staff starting with management.
Mom went there to rehab but got sick The physical therapy staff was great but the ads and the nurse staff was not. I would not recommend the center to anyone. At one time the center may have been good but not now
RecommendedThe love for the residents is amazing. The residents are the top priority. Everyone is friendly with open arms.
They stole a patient's wheelchair. The administrator refused to return my calls regarding the chair. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Take your family members somewhere else.
my mom had a hole in her back due to bed sores while being in thier care. Horrible care.
Their physical therapy department is a 5 . The rest of the place rates a 1.the staff neglects the residents needs such as water. They get to things hours after asked if at all
