My mom has been here since last March. This facility has been a godsend. She is always clean. Always treated with care and dignity. She's in the memory unit. She has bonded with the staff. It is heartwarming to see. I love this place and thank God for them.
I have had the pleasure to be the new administrator at Monterey Care Center for a little over a month. What a great Center with a lot of longevity in our dedicated and caring staff. I just recently had a family friend come for rehab and he loved his experience and is doing great at home. The therapy department does a fantastic job getting our patients back on their feet and home as quickly as possible. Father-in-law is there. We are not impressed. Gave him a shower, they did not change the sheets on the bed, and put his call button on the wall out of reach for 2 hours until a family member got there there and seen it. Food is is gross and not enough for it. Can't wait to get him home where he an get real care!
