I have, since 2015, had responsibility of care for my aunt and uncle. My uncle passed after 2 years at St. Francis Home. My aunt is still in their care. This place is dirty. Took 20 minutes to answer a call light for bathroom assist. They left to find out if it was a one or two person assist. Pressed the button 30 minutes later to see whats taking so long and they came immediately to help. They couldn't find her clothes she brought in yesterday... over 24 hours later no clothes. Laundry is gone... as im walking out I see her laundry sitting exactly where I was told to place it yesterday and was assured laundry would take it back to label it. This place is horrible. My father was there for a total of 36 hours and left in an ambulance and passed away 7 days later. No one from the facility reached out for 3 days to even find out if he was ok. They over medicated him, did not provide him with his antibiotics and if not for my mother pushing for a doctor to be called in to his room, he would have died in the facility. I Do Not Recommend This Rehabilitation Center, Skilled Nursing & Memory Care Place Because It Is Too Expensive For People To Spend $7,000.00 Per Month Out Of Pocket Plus Over $2,000.00 Out Of Pocket For Medication, If You Do Not Have The Right Insurance To Cover Everything! Please Get The Right Insurance People!
RecommendedI have been a patient here for 3 weeks. I am also a nurse. I had a big surgery that requires a lot of rest, physical therapy and wound care. The staff, nurses Chelsea, Hibo, Winter and Paige were awesome. My wound healed up very nicely thanks to their care. The STNA’s were very caring and kind, Amanda J, Diamond D. There are so many more. The worst most deplorable facility to work with or have a love one at. They are sending my mom home to die without any equipment at 77 years old and my dad at 78. She has had a stroke UTI other medical issues and said we can't help her. So I guess the reality is our seniors are not worth saving. They will not help us find a facility that can help her. The administration is horrible, the social workers useless, my mom sat in the same cloths from Friday until Monday, without an excuses as to why. We were told they are fully st... read more
