The worst experience I've ever had in a medical facility. Only a handful of caring and responsive nurses here. Night shift is the worst. I have always been polite and respectful and thanked everyone.
If you love and truly care about anybody close to you, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE!!! My family who went in for rehabilitation is now fighting for his life because they’re staff wouldn’t change him and it in now infected so bad that it’s septic !!!
My sister was admitted the other day. She called for help repeatedly and no one came. She needed to urinate badly. She wet herself and still no one came. They said they had 1 Covid patient and there were no visitors allowed. They didn’t have my sisters medication. My sister fractured her neck and had a rigid neck brace and was in pain. RecommendedThe Rehab portion was so great to work with. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating with my needs. Was there from a hip replacement surgery and they had me functioning again in no time.

I just want to say that they have mistreated my brother in many ways. My brother was told he could go home on Saturday and my son went to pick him up to come and they would not release him cause it was not a Proper Release. Now the administrator and financial lady knew he was supposed to leave. they should have had things in order. I would not send a dog there.!!!!!!!!!
My husband was sent to Heartland Troy after his stroke. I NEVER heard from any of the physical therapists. They sent him home without letting us know of his condition. He cannot stand or walk. He needs 2 people to help him to the bathroom!!! WE should have been informed of his condition. FURTHERMORE, we have NO PAPERWORK. I have NO idea what medications he is on!!! DO NOT send your loved one there!!!

Please don’t allow your loved ones to enter this place. My father had 2 aids drop him while putting him into bed and they claim that “ he stumbled and fell” only after my mother and I asked them about it after being told by my father 2 days later. How does someone “stumble”, fall and bang up their back and elbows while supposedly being supported by 2 aids?
