I lived at Montego Bay Apartments in Ft. Myers, Florida. The owners and managers, Property Counselors Management Group (PCMG), now called Incore Residential located in both Fort Myers and St. Petersburg falsified an eviction against me while I was out of the state, entered my apartment without legal notice and stole everything I owned. Their excuse was that they misapplied the rent I had prepaid to other accounts. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Dirty,roaches, water bill outrageous,Laundry stolen, Mold, staff is rude, Michelle the property manager is extremely rude and will lie to your face! Not to mention cops are there every night,rift-rafty people, and the place is falling apart.. Worst place that I have ever lived..read all the other reviews online..they will coincide with mine..
