I’ve been calling to make a follow up appointment for 2 weeks they need new receptionist they pick up the phone put you on hold or just hang up after I’m healed I will never come back to this hospital or clinic and my parent was an employee here this is disrespectful
If i could give 0 stars to this I would. Absolutely unprofessional staff. They never answers phone. I have been calling them for three days in a row to make an appointment while i’m having severe asthma attack. They never answers phone, or even call back. This is very unprofessional. Other than that this is a great hospital. Great doctors and nurses who provide best care.
Not impressed no one listens to me. Unbelievably there is no bedside manner. These spends 5 min with you and is rushing after spending an hour waiting. They still not called in my prescription it’s been a week! No one answers the phone or calls back! Ridiculous! I’ve been going through this since Aug! No one is answering the PHONE!!!!
They don’t pick up the phone I been trying to get my daughter an appointment and can’t because of this unprofessional
