I have lived here for 7 years and the last year has been a nightmare! New management/owners are horrible. I've been waiting for my tracking lights to be replaced and shower drains unclogged for over 6 months! They don't take care of their current renters!
Don't rent or move here!!! This place is a nightmare: staff, management, facilities and this list goes on and on....
Awesome Place to live. Dana and Esther are the best, always taking care of my family and I, as soon as we need something they always make it possible asap. Maintenance crew are the best, very friendly and professional. Montecito Pointe has the best Management Team Ever. Thank you Guys for everything you do for all the tenants and all your hard work. A+++++
