my hot water heater is leaking and they stated it can not be fixed until next week so we have to rent a hotel room to we can shower. It took them 8 months to replace a defective smoke detector. It only took them a year and a half to replace a rusted out leaky bathroom sink. The front door jam still has not been replaced and is held together by screws. Our washer broke full of dirty water and it took them 3 days to fix it because they stated it was not leaking so it was not c… See more

Constant problems. Staff us rude and unreliable. Maintenence never shows up or does what they are supposed to do. Manger is unprofessional and does not know how to do her job, and last they are money hungry. Try to screw everyone out of their deposite no matter what is done to the apartment. By far the worst property I have ever witnessed.
